As we all know that, our Honourable Tamilnadu Chief Minister Dr. Kalaignar Karunanidhi is a renowned writer. He started his profession as a writer before come into the politics. His passion is the story writing and has written huge number of novels and stories. One among them is "Suruli Malai" which will be turned into "Nee Indri Naan Illai" movie starring Tollywood actor Uday Kiran and Mollywood actress Meera Jasmine as the lead roles. Thoothukudi fame Karthika doing the prominent role and also other casts like Thalaivasal Vijay, Manorama, Ganja Karuppu and Kovai Sarala doing various roles in this movie. The music is composed by "Thenisai Thendral Deva" who feed sweet honey to the ears. The eminent lyricists Vairamuthu, Mu. Metha, Na. Muthukumar and Pazhani Bharathi crafted the lyrics. Nandhini Arts is producing and Ilavenil is directing this movie.

An another Vanjikottai Valiban comes into this year. In the old Vanjikottai Valiban movie, Gemini Ganesan played the lead role and Veerappan as villain role. But in the new Vanjikottai Valiban movie, tamil actor Shakti and Malayalam actress Roma play the lead roles. Shankar is being introduced as the music director for this movie. This movie is produced by Krithika and VN Bhagavath Singh under the banner Gandharva Celluloid Creators and directed by Jeeva.

Director Kishore Sarja passed away
Director Kishore Sarja, who is the elder brother of the top tamil actor Arjun died on Saturday, June 27, 2009 morning. His age was 50. He was suffered by cardiac arrest and admitted to Manipal Hospital in Bangalore. Finally, he is dead though physicians tried to protect him. He made his debut as director in the Kannada movie "Alimayya" starring his brother Arjun. Apart from this, he also directed Makkala Saakshi, Jodi, Bava Bamaidha, etc. His spouse name is Aparna and had a son named Sooraj. The cremation of Kishore Sarja will take place at Jakkanahalli where his father Shakthi Prasad was cremated.Legendary Pop Singer Michael Jackson (MJ) is no more
Michael Joseph Jackson, a famous pop singer a.k.a pop king passed away due to cardiac arrest. On June 26, 2009 early morning, 2.26 a.m. IST (Indian Time) he suffered heart attack and immediately was rushed to the UCLA Medical center in Los Angeles. But unfortunately, he attained the feet of the Lord on the way while rushed to hospital. He died in the age of 50 (August 29, 1958 - June 26, 2009). He is the legendary pop singer where more number of fans across the globe. He started his career at the age of 13 and did solo performance in 1971. His album "Thriller" released in the year 1982, still remains the best seller album of all times and has sold more than 26 million copies.
Even though pop king Michael Jackson is no more in this world, his memories are still alive across the MJ's fans. The whole world pays tribute to the world class pop singer for his death and nothing to be compensated by this huge loss, especially to the music world.Monday, June 22, 2009
