Paiya: Upcoming movie - Paruthiveeran fame Karthi
"Paruthiveeran" movie fame Karthi's upcoming movie Paiya shooting launched at Bangalore. It will be expected to hit on theatres on next year, January 2009. Initially, the kollywod industry has planned to star Nayantara with Surya's brother Karthi, but she pulled out of the project at the last moment. At last, the project is finalized with the lead roles as Karthi and Tamannah, a successful developing actress in the kollywood industry. The music of the movie is composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja. The movie is directed by Lingusamy and produced by Subhash Chandrabose.

Miss World 2008 - India won 2nd Place
Miss World 2008 contest held on Saturday, December 13, 2008 at Johannesburg, South Africa. Russia's Kseniya Sukhinova won the Miss World 2008 crown on saturday against 108 international beauties. India's Parvathay Omanakuttan won the second place in this contest. We are very proud to get another Miss world beauty from India. Trinidad & Tobago's Cabiriel was the third runner up in this beauty contest.

The AVM Production will going to do next project titled "Ayan" with the lead roles as Surya and Tamanna. This movie will be an entertainment movie. Actor Prabhu, Jagan and Karunas did a supporting role in this movie. Harris Jayaraj composed the music for this movie. This is the first time for Harris Jayaraj did music compose for an AVM film.
